How it works?
Our journey will begin with a consultation, consisting of several questions. Which will allow us to get to know you and your intended goals, preferences, short- and long-term goals, eating habits, medical history and your current lifestyle, for example, occupation. Following on with a fitness test, where we will undertake a bioelectrical impedance analysis and take circumference measurements, in order to make your personal training plan specifically tailored to you.
